The EU Climate change report was released on 7 August 2021. The report shows that temperatures are rising and are as a result of Human activity. Atmospheric CO2 concentrations were recorded at 409.8 ± 0.1 ppm in 2019, this is the highest in the last 800 000 years. Data and graphs included in the report show a rapid increase in average temperatures since 1850 coinciding with the end of the industrial revolution.
