   This should be at least double, then we would not have such a hugh problem with stray animals! I also wonder how many have been spayed/neutered, which would also go along way to alleviate the stray/resue problem. No wonder the rescue organisations have such an enormous task!

   The dogs are manufactured in the townships, neutered and homed in Sea Point(with oodles of guilt thrown in especially if they marketed as rescue dogs) A perfect set up.
