    This would reflect a very caring and honorable attitude on the part of our Nation’s leaders if this was in fact the truth. However, in the light of the extremely high incidence of major Sub-Saharan corruption, has the stated fact been reliably verified, and by whom? I take no delight in piddling on anyone’s highly charged battery in this instance, but folly remains king when one allows a potentially corruptible situation to go unchecked! So, please check this one out, – thoroughly if you please!!!
