Appetite for Loyalty
Nearly three quarters of consumers used loyalty programs in 2021, up from 67% in 2015 (of households that earn more than R10k per month). Additionally, nearly a quarter state they used loyalty programs more in 2021 compared to 2020. This according to the Brandmapp survey, an online survey of 12m middle class households.
