The collective noun for a group of gorillas is called a ”band”. Satisfyingly, there also exists a music band called “Gorillaz”. Created by Damon Albarn in 1998, the band holds the Guiness World Record for “most successful virtual band”, with their second album, “Demon Days”, having gone 6x platinum as of 2016.
