Brand Royalty
According to MAPS, available through Eighty20’s Data Portal, South African adults in higher LSMs tend to have greater brand loyalty when purchasing groceries. More specifically, individuals in LSM 6 to 10 rate their brand loyalty when buying groceries as 6.6 out of 10, compared to 6.1 for individuals in LSM 1 to 5.
