Brrrrreaking Records
The South African Weather Services reported that an astounding 19 cold weather records were broken last week due to a succession of cold fronts that swept across the nation. Johannesburg and Kimberly were among the record breakers, recording icy temperatures of -7.0 and -9.9 degrees celsius respectively. These were the coldest temperatures the cities have seen in 61 years.
