South Africa has had two State of the Nation Addresses (SONA) in 2019. The February SONA saw a budget cut of 47% from 2018 to R2.5 million. Of that, R1.6 million was spent. For the June SONA, parliament budgeted R2 million and expects to spend less. (http://bit.ly/31Q9wuP)
