   Which implies that close to three quarters of SA’s work force goes to work each day because they feel they have to rather than they want to. Hardly makes for a happy work force. Very sad!

   Taking away those who are so well off that their job is a hobby, there is still almost 27% that would rather risk that their family starve as long as they are happy playing their fiddle.

   Explains why such a huge proportion of the employed always seem reluctant to assist their clients.

   Not surprising considering the lack of opportunities in South Africa. Establishing small businesses is a hurdle not only due to red-tape but also a struggle raising capital. I’m sure that if policies were favourable to entrepreneurship, most people would seek job satisfaction. For now, it’s for survival, hence poor service levels all around. People are not necessarily doing what they love.
