   I wonder when this fact was calculated? I think Nokia is struggling at the moment to keep market share. 2 years ago if you wanted a good cellphone you bought Nokia. Today there are better options.

   You would never say with their total lack of coherent support even in major centers. One would expect a much more established and technical footprint but it seems more concerned about stating the brand. Maybe a SA problem only?

   ^^ Agree, there is NO Nokia Care Centre in the country as far as I’m aware…. WTH is up with that?

   Agreed however the lack of service, technical expertise and product awareness leaves everything to be desired. Some product they are simply not able to fix, or have not solution, even under gaurantee. When the product fails, at least the care centres should able to resolve this which is not the case. The results are far reaching. Dumping inferior handsets/hardware onto the South African market at a discount was the ploy. It is never sustainable.

   Stewie, I tried, but alas, there are NO Nokia Care Centres, just some silly places which do repairs on behalf of Nokia, (in Cape Town atleast).And ofcourse the Network Operator stores…
