DNA safe
The COVID vaccine does not alter DNA. The available vaccines use the body’s immune system to fight the virus. The vaccine contains mRNA which the body uses to create antibodies. The mRNA never enters the part of the cell which contains DNA, therefore there is no change in the DNA. Once the body is done using mRNA to create antibodies, it gets rid of the mRNA. The antibodies are then going to protect the body against future infections.
