Educare
The word ‘educate’ comes from the Latin word educare, meaning ‘bring up, rear, train’. According to the World Bank, there are around 132 million girls worldwide aged 6 to 17 who do not attend school. Fewer than two-thirds of girls in low-income countries complete primary school, and only a third complete lower secondary school. On average, women who have completed secondary education are more likely to work and they earn nearly twice as much as those with no schooling. (http://bit.ly/2O5DBQ2)
