Floating in a most peculiar way
We all know that exercise is important to keep healthy. This is even more important in space. Astronauts need to exercise on average 2 hours a day in order to mitigate the loss in bone density, muscle mass and cardiovascular health that comes from extended time in space. Running on a treadmill has to be modified as astronauts need to be strapped down, while also protecting the spacecraft from footstep vibrations!
