In an examination of 6 large malls in South Africa by lifestage, we found that Mall of Africa and Gateway are malls that resonate with young families while Mature Singles prefer Sandton and Canal Walk. Mature Couples (empty nesters) prefer Pavilion. Mall of Africa is the mall most chosen by the youth.
