From 10th – 18th December 2020, the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah will be celebrated. It is the Jewish Festival of Lights and recounts the story of how the Jews reclaimed Jerusalem from their oppressors in ~160BCE, and rededicated the Second Temple. During the rededication, even though there was only enough oil to burn for one day, the candles kept burning for eight nights.
