   I love your stats, but sometimes they are so fuzzy that they are potentially misleading/worthless. How is this stat derived? Are you simply putting the all the social grants received by all such households into one big ‘pot’, and then finding that this pot is more than half as big as the ‘pot’ of all income of all such households? If so, this masks the fact that, for households earning less than R6K/m, there will be many whose entire income comes from social grants, many who do not have any social grant income, and many inbetween.
