    If the tax rate was 40% then these guys earn R1,75 m each against the R 90 000 for the other 590 000.
    SO…
    The Wealthiest 1,7% of the Taxed Individuals earn 20 TIMES more than the Rest.
    This accounts for the 12% of South Africans who pay Income Tax
