   South African costs obviously do not take into account the costs of building the various stadiums.

   Abbas these costs do include the cost of building the stadiums.According to our source the definition of organising costs is as follows.

   Organizing Costs = estimated numbers calculated by primarily taking account of the investments in infrastructure, sports facilities (such as the stadiums/venues), less about media and indirect costs
