   It comes across as being a little strange to note that, Uganda being an African Nation that is claimed to have successfully dealt with their previously very serious AIDS problem, but now indicates a median age of 15, must surely mean that other problems existing are far more damaging than HIV AIDS. Is there any information available that would suggest what these other problems might be, and the reasons pertaining to why this supposedly jacked-up, African Government is so obviously doing zilch to overcome the problems? Or are they also one of these new-fangled, power and big-money-grab African Governments who will be ruling or in power only until the second coming or return of Jesus Christ: and when this happens, are they planning to buy themselves into positions of influence and importance in the established new governing body led by the KING of KINGS? To be perfectly frank; they will do far better to establish a very personal relationship with the new, coming King and to start applying His laws and precepts in their present positions of appointment in preparation for His awesome, imminent return! I am only suggesting this because I do truly care about even those who do not care about anybody but themselves, which is so very sadly the case in Africa.

   Life expectancy issues on the surface appear simplistic but can be very complex. Underlying or latent facts include health and governance issues interspersed with complex DNA replication structure of every cell of human species that informs the resilience and longevity threshold to harsh contacts with our environment on both benefit and challenge fronts.Enough said for now.
