That honour goes to Benazir Bhutto who, in 1990, gave birth while she was prime minister of Pakistan. While Arden announced her pregnancy 5 months before she was due and took 6 weeks maternity leave, Bhutto hid her pregnancy until the day she gave birth, returning to work the following day.
