   I believe that a servey should be done as what contributed to a decrease and what contributes to an increase of child murder and rape. It is vital that we all become involve in the lives of our children in South africa. We should all be on the out look for strange incidents.

   There should be campaigns of adopt a child in our communities. All children should become my child and I should always be there to help,correct or redirect a child, whether known or unknown.

   Can we see more engagement of SAPS with the community. Involve youth, children adults. Let them know what kind of children, youth and other crimes are out their which they are facing dailly. This can make a huge impack on these statistics.
