According to BrandMapp, available through Eighty20’s Data Portal, loyalty users are 2.6 times more likely to prefer swiping a physical card over scanning a digital one. Last month, Zapper announced its latest innovation—the “My Cards” feature. This new functionality allows users to digitize their loyalty cards, consolidating store loyalty, rewards, and membership cards from brands like Woolworths, Checkers, Dis-Chem, and Pick n Pay into a single app.
