   This bald statement needs detail, at the very least a breakdown by race/class/cultural background, educational levels, income, assets, experience of other countries. If one assumes the preponderance of those wishing to leave are the educated and productive generators of wealth then 20% of the population wishing to leave, given the demographics of this country, is a serious indictment of the government’s performance.

      I agre with the statement made by Dominic….capturing info as to maybe only race clasification will give a total new perspective on the question…..

   That is because they are either too poor to move elsewhere or too stupid believing their so called democratic elected goverment who lives way beyond their means and the rest in the country is paying for this.

   Its like the difference between polution and solution. Polution is when you throug one politition in the sea. Solution is to chuck them all into the sea.
