   Despite this fact, try and get a bursary for kids who desperately wants to stay in this country, who is exceptional good in maths. It is all about the color of there skin. Distinctions in grade 12 and even on university means nothing! Business must get real in this sense and support those who really wants to go forward no matter the policy of a useless corrupt goverment !!!

   I wonder how this situation can be reversed? This seems to call for a system wide approach. I’m not sure where to start or if the powers who should drive the turnaround has the will/experience/fire?

      well for a start a non racial non discriminative without corruption goverment would help. More spend on training and less on grants. Less presure on institutions to finance only on tone of your skin, but rather on sound entrepreneurship. Support small businesses. Create an environment for save foreign investments.
