   When I grew up, people had the idea that Pick n Pay is a very expensive shop and only people with money goes there. It was the same with me till I got married and started to do shopping with my wife and discovered that Pick n Pay is actually cheaper than Shoprite. I could proof it with poridges, sugar,flours and other things. I had to convince people to go with me to see for themselves. I also like quality. People associate quality as expensive. But not always so. I would rather be healthy by by at cleaner and more respecfull shops. Shoprite is dirty and the service are weak. I want to be respected as I respect others. My money is hard earned. Go yourself and compare the basic needs between the 2 shops and see for yourself.
