Mexico is not a country known for its snowfall, but in February 2021, a bizarre weather system brought heavy snow to the northern parts of Mexico. In winter, it’s fairly common for flakes of snow to appear in Juarez, Mexico, but residents had to deal with more than just flakes as thick layers of snow covered the streets over Valentine’s day weekend.
