South Africa in distress

According to the Mental State of the World Report 2021, South Africa had the highest percentage of people struggling or in mental distress (36%). This high percentage is understood, in part, to be the result of a loss of the sense of belonging and connectedness to the team and workplace as remote work has become increasingly common.
