The Human Debris of Conflict
Currently more than 82m people in the world have fled their homes or been forcibly displaced, with at least 26m people being refugees that have had to flee their homes and countries due to war or civil unrest. This is the highest number of forcibly displaced people since World War II. This number is growing with an estimated 44,000 people leaving their homes per day because of conflict or persecution.
