    All it says is that South Africans are fond of protesting. Come May 18 we will have peaceful municipal elections

    sure the person who did this study and ranking was dreaming indeed for a country to have had a constitional democracy for 17years, clean free and fair elections. change of presidents midterm without bloodshed. Perhaps maybe the instability is because it is too black a government and well managed for 17years that some begin to predict rubbish
