Excise duties on alcoholic beverages (particularly beer, sparkling wine and spirits) will increase by between 4.8 and 8.5 per cent. Other increases in excise duties include 82c per packet of 20 cigarettes, and 91c per 50g of cigarette tobacco. (http://bit.ly/1GSJOF3)
