The James Webb Telescope (JWT) is more grand and equipped than the Hubble Telescope (HT) in many ways. While the HT orbits the Earth and is disrupted by our day/night cycle, the JWT will orbit the sun. The HT operates in the ultraviolet and optical spectrums, while the JWT will operate in infrared, which allows it to see objects which are further away and more “redshifted”.
