Climate Change denialists often claim that the Global Climate Crisis is hundreds of years away from reaching a disastrous climax.

However, World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) have stated that limiting warming to 1.5 ºC will mitigate a climate breakdown. To reach this goal there will have to be a significant decline in greenhouse gas emissions by 2025, a 43% reduction in overall emissions by 2030 and a 33% reduction in methane emissions. Much sooner than some believe.
