   It amazes me, that Bankers are still determining house value 🙂 We all know they got it wrong on a global scale 🙂 On a serious note, we are on a crazy spiral to the ridiculous, as people will no longer own houses and banks will are becoming large Rental estate agencies. Some common sense needs to prevail, as a countries populations security and confidence dwindles when humans do not own a stake in the land they were born in.

Where can yo get a house at Pofadder prices in Cape Town?
