   Interesting. But what about the attributes of an organisation that really motivate people: Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose?

   Pay and benefits, training and development, career opportunities, working conditions and company culture are old school, rational measures of a great company to work for.

   I would not have put my bet on SANRAL, that being said South African should not forget that each environment has its own dynamics and this does not mean that their workforce is entirely happy and engaged. What about other motivators like autonomy as Pieter asks?
