Facts are not sent out on weekends, public holidays (in South Africa) and mid-December to mid-January.

But it’s more likely that you’re not getting your facts because an over-zealous spam filter is active. Look in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder. If the facts are there, you can put eighty20.co.za on your ’safe sender’ list. Do this by

Outlook 2003/2007, Outlook Express

Choose Tools from the main menu
Choose Options
Choose Junk E-mail
Choose Safe Senders
Choose Add, then type in eighty20.co.za
Choose OK, OK, OK
Apple Mail

The easiest way is to add fact.a.day@eighty20.co.za to your address book.
