Yutyrannus huali, a close relative of Tyrannosaurus rex, was a powerful predator weighing about 1.5 tons. It holds the record as the largest known dinosaur with evidence of feathers, being forty times heavier than the previous record holder, Beipiaosaurus inexpectus.
