When asked which loyalty programme they would keep if they could only keep one, 12% of consumers (from households that earn more than R10k per month) responded that they would keep FNB eBucks - more than any other programme. 27% of consumers are on the FNB eBucks programme, much lower than the top 5 programmes - Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper (59%), Clicks Club Card (58%), Dis-Chem (46%), Checkers (45%) and Woolworths (40%).
